About  Booking / Reservation  and  Payment:

Question:  How can I make booking and get confirmation ?

Answer:  Booking can be made on our website with instant booking and instant reservation.

For tour package booking:  At least a deposit of 20% (or full payment) of the total package amount is required to be paid in advance. This can be settled in any of the following ways:

   1,  Pay online by Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Transfer etc: You can make your payment online on our website, directly with your credit or debit card, on a secured payment page. Your information will be transmitted on a Secure Socket Layers (SSL). So, be assured that your cards are secured. You DO NOT need to register or sign up with anybody before you can make your payment. After making your booking, submit and continue, then just enter the amount with which you want to make your reservation, click on BUY NOW botton. You will be taken to our secured payment page where you will enter your billing information.

Note: you have to add 3% transfer charges with your payment when paying with your credit or debit card.

   2, Paypay.com: If you have account with the paypay, follow the normal proccess and pay to account: 8100782021  or to Email:  isfoworld@gmail.com , If you dont have account with paypay, it is easy and free to open, it takes less than a minute to open, Click here.

Note: you have to add 2% transfer charges with your payment when paying with paypay.

   3,  By E-mail (Credit Card / Debit Card etc): When you receive an email from isfoworld@gmail.com that ask for deposit or payment,  you can follow the instructions in the mail message to settle the payment.

Question:  What are your booking, payment, cancellation and refund policies ?

Question:  What of if I decide to make my payment only when I get to Vietnam ?

Answer:  In case you want to pay when you get to Vietnam, please contact us as soon as you arrive. We can not arrange the airport pick up, hotel reservation and other service without getting your deposit. These will be arranged up to their availability after getting your payment. That is why we always advice that you book ahead so as to reduce cost, safe a lot of money and avoid being stranded.

About Tour Categories:  Group tours and Private tours:

Question:  What is the difference between Group tour and private tours ?

Answer:

Group tours: To join with other people on available daily tours. The ittinary / features and depature time are fixed. It is possible to even join in a group of only 1 or 2 people. Customers do not find other people to form the group. It is our company responsibility to gather the tourists for each tour. For these tours (group tours), you have to share the coach, boat and tour guide with other tourists who come from different nationalities. The number of people of this group is normally less than 16 people.

Private tours: It means to do the tour privately. The tour is not fixed. It is possible to be customized for your group. All services are reserved for your group only. You do not have to share the bus, boat, tour guide with other tourists. The only exception is that, if you stay at the boat in Halong bay – it is like the hotel in Halong – you still have to share the boat with other people.

Question:  What are tour code & hotel code ?

Answer:  The Tour Codes and Hotel Booking Code are the 5 or 6 digits; Alpha-numeric (alphabets & numbers) under each of the book now sign. Each Tour and Hotel has its on code,  Example:

TOUR CODE: HBT 221

This Codes are importnat in your booking, you will need the Codes to complete / fill your instant online booking.

About Credit / Debit cards:

Question:  How far is my credit card secured ?

Answer:  Security of your credit / Debit cards: For secured online payment, we transmit your credit / debit card information on a Secure Socket Layers (SSL). So be assured that your card is safe whenever you make payment to us.

About International tours:

International tours are tours we organize outside Vietnam. Our international tours and travels cover almost all the countries in Asia, such as China, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Dubai, Kuala lampur, etc.  Your entry visa is included in the package but conditions apply.

International tours depatures:

Though most of our international tours depart from Vietnam – Hanoi and Hochi Minh, but on your request, if you do not wish to first come to Vietnam, we can organise your tours  from your country directly to the country where the tour(s) takes place. But it will be an additional advantage for you to visit Vietnam. You have to discover the hidden charm of Vietnam.
